Public Health Nurse

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate freelance nurse to provide professional healthcare services at home. The nurse will be responsible for patient care, monitoring health conditions, and assisting with medical needs.

• Evaluate the needs and situations of the patients, then create and carry out customized treatment programs.
• Administer medicine and treatments, keep track of and record patient progress and results.
• Vital sign monitoring and management, together with reaction to crises or changes in the patient's state
• Work together with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to guarantee efficient and well-coordinated patient care.

• In charge of providing all bedside nursing care for the patients they are assigned.
• Complete the admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Assembles beds for critically ill patients and provides linens to assist or direct service members working beneath her.
• Upholds the patient's comfort and personal hygiene
• Feeds the defenseless patients and looks to their nutritional needs
• Keeps the patient's environment tidy and secure.
• Carries out and upholds ward procedures and policies.
• Coordinates with other team members the treatment of patients.
• When the doctors are called, go around with them to give new directions and make sure they are followed.
• Carries out a variety of technical nursing care activities.

• Adherence to nursing manuals and standards while on the job at all times.
• Observing doctor's orders and prescriptions and attending to patients' needs
• Final take-over and hand-over of the patients she was assigned, including a physical inspection of the patients' units.
• Checks her specific assignments, such as inventory checks, crash cart checks, and any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Plans, coordinates, and provides nursing care in a way that respects organizational principles and promotes healing, health promotion, and problem prevention.
• Upkeep of nursing records for all assigned patients in accordance with regulations, including notes from nurses, charts, consent forms, and data from the initial evaluation.
